| Product Group (General) Manager
| PRO-Equipment, Inc., a Water/Wastewater Process Equipment Manufacturer, is seeking Product Group (General)
Managers to assume complete responsibility for P/L and product group growth. PRO-Equipment, Inc manufactures over 30
equipment products for applications in treating water and wastewater.
Product groups include Headworks, Aeration, Solids/Sludge Handling, and Treatment Processes.
Candidates for this position should have related mechanical/civil engineering and/or sales backgrounds and should
be ready to step into aggressive management roles, including, but not limited to, sales and marketing, order delivery, and
customer service. National and International travel required.
This position depicts an ultimate career platform. Compensation will include a minimum salary plus a share of product
group profit with no limit.

| PRO-Equipment, Inc., a Water/Wastewater Process Equipment Manufacturer, is seeking Sales Engineers/Managers to assume Product
(Group) responsibility for P/L and growth.
PRO-Equipment, Inc manufactures over 30 equipment products for applications in treating water and wastewater. Product groups
include Headworks, Aeration, Solids Separation, Sludge Handling, Industrial and Process.
Candidates for this position should have related mechanical/civil engineering and/or sales backgrounds and should be ready to
step into aggressive sales roles, including, but are not limited to, sales and marketing, submittal, order delivery, and
customer service. National and/or International travel required.
This position depicts an ultimate career platform. Compensation, with no limit, includes a base salary, commissions, plus bonus
based on product/group performance.
